Leukocytes have the ability to roll, adhere and migrate to areas of injury in the body. Here, leukocytes were stained and flowed onto an activated endothelium in a microfluidic device. The cells can be seen moving through a 3um pore towards a chemoattractant.

Seam cell divisions in a live C. elegans expressing GFP labeled tubulin and mCherry labeled histone. An L3 stage larvae of C. elegans was anesthetized and mounted on an agarose pad. Images were taken at 20 seconds intervals and 5x2 um z sections for 10 minutes. In-focus images are displayed at each time point.
